Return & Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our hair extensions and wigs. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Returns Due to Quality Issues
We offer a 9-month quality guarantee on all our hair extensions and wigs.

If you experience issues such as significant hair loss, tangling, or matting within 3 months of use, you are eligible for a free replacement.

We will cover the return and reshipment shipping costs in these cases.

Alternatively, you may request a refund, but the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

💡 Note: Photos and/or videos showing the product condition will be required for quality-related claims.

2. Color Mismatch After Opening
If the hair color is not what you expected, but there is no quality issue, we understand that matching hair can be tricky.

You may request a one-time free exchange for a different color as long as the product is unopened, unworn, and unaltered.

Returns for refund are not accepted in this case.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties and shipping fees involved in returning the original product.

💡 We highly recommend using our Color Match service before ordering to avoid this situation.

3. Returns Without Quality Issues
If you change your mind or ordered the wrong product:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

You may choose to receive a refund or store credit.

Customers must bear the return shipping costs and any customs duties incurred.

4. How to Start a Return or Exchange
Please email us at [ Service@betterhairextensions.com] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable). Once approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions.

5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable.
