We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
Wigs must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
Custom wigs (including special colors, sizes, or styles) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue.
If the wig has been worn, cut, dyed, or styled, it cannot be returned.
Return Process
Submit a Return Request – Contact our customer service with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
Approval & Return Instructions – If the return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
Ship the Product Back – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
Inspection & Refund Processing – Once received and inspected, we will process a refund or exchange within 2-3 business days.
If the return does not meet our requirements, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
